What is Church Event Blueprint?
Church Event Blueprint is a resource and support platform created for ministry leaders, by ministry leaders. We provide professionally designed forms, templates, checklists, SOPs, training, and consulting to help churches build stronger systems and spend less time creating resources from scratch.
What is The Vault?
The Vault is our collection of ready-to-use ministry resources designed specifically for churches. Resources are organized into Ministry Packs so you can quickly find the tools that apply to your area of ministry.
What Ministry Packs are available?
Volume 01 includes four collections: Employees + Volunteers, Kids Ministry, Student Ministry, and Finance + Administration. You can purchase an individual Ministry Pack for $49 or purchase all four in the Complete Ministry Bundle for $149.
What's included in the $149 Complete Ministry Bundle?
The Complete Ministry Bundle includes all four Ministry Packs in Volume 01. Purchasing the packs individually would cost $200, so the bundle saves your church $51.
Are these physical products?
No. The Vault contains digital resources, so nothing will be shipped to you. After purchasing, you'll receive access to the files included with your purchase.
Can I customize the forms for my church?
Yes! The resources are designed to be customized for your ministry. Depending on the resource, editable versions may allow you to add your church's information, policies, procedures, ministry details, and other relevant information.
Can I add my church's logo to the forms?
Yes. We want these resources to become part of your church's systems, so editable resources can be branded for your ministry where the file format allows.
Can we use the resources for multiple ministries at our church?
Yes. A purchasing church may use the resources internally across its own ministries and teams, subject to the license included with the product.
Are the forms legally compliant?
Church Event Blueprint provides customizable operational resources, not legal, tax, accounting, HR, or professional advice. Laws and requirements vary by location and organization. Resources involving areas such as employment, background screening, finances, child safety, liability, or policies should be reviewed and adapted by your church and, when appropriate, qualified professionals.
Do I have to purchase the entire Vault?
If you only need resources for one ministry area, you can purchase an individual Ministry Pack for $50. If you need resources across several areas of your church, the $149 Complete Ministry Bundle offers the best value.
Will new resources be added?
Church Event Blueprint is being built as a growing resource platform. Additional resources, Ministry Packs, and future Vault releases may be offered separately. Your purchase includes the resources specifically listed as part of the product or bundle you purchase.
Do I get future Vault releases when I purchase Volume 01?
Not automatically. The Vault: Complete Ministry Bundle — Volume 01 includes the resources specifically offered as part of Volume 01. Future volumes, specialty packs, subscriptions, or newly released products may be sold separately.
What if I can't find a resource I need?

Do you offer training or consulting?
Yes! In addition to The Vault, Church Event Blueprint offers services designed to help churches strengthen their systems and equip their teams, including Planning Center training, event consulting, church operations support, and other ministry-focused services.
Can you train our entire team?
Absolutely! Training can be designed for ministry teams rather than requiring individual leaders to train everyone themselves. This can be especially helpful for churches implementing systems such as Planning Center across multiple staff members or volunteers.

Church Event Blueprint is designed for churches of all sizes—from small churches and church plants to established ministries.
